Software Engineer & Integrator

Design, build, and integrate the business-critical software that runs the plant — NetSuite, Microsoft Power Apps, Python, and C++ — automating workflows and connecting systems across operations, manufacturing, and finance.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in Python and C++.
• Build, customize, and support business applications on Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite, internal systems, databases, and third-party applications.
• Customize and support NetSuite workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, and system processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical, maintainable technical solutions.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects, integration issues, and performance problems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation — system designs, integration flows, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT.
• Follow best practices for security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, user-acceptance testing, and deployment.

What you bring

• 2–4 years of experience as a software developer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience developing with Python and C++.
• Experience with NetSuite — customization, reporting, workflows, integrations, or system administration.
• Experience building applications or workflow automations with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently across multiple priorities.
• A plus: NetSuite SuiteScript / SuiteFlow / SuiteTalk, Power Automate / Power BI / Dataverse / SharePoint, cloud (Azure or AWS), Git, and CI/CD.
