Built responsibly,
made at home.

Solx is Puerto Rico’s first solar-module manufacturer. We build clean-energy hardware in Aguadilla — and we hold ourselves to building it responsibly: for our island, for the people who make it, and for the customers who rely on it.

We’re early, and we’re building our program the same way we build everything else — deliberately, measured, and honest about where we are. Here is how we’re starting.

Environmental

A lighter footprint, and a circular one

  • Measure our energy and carbon, and cut it — starting with efficiency and our own metering.
  • Power our factory with the product we make: on-site Solx solar generation.
  • Keep manufacturing materials — glass, aluminum, copper, packaging — out of the landfill.
  • Design for recyclability and stand behind a real end-of-life path for the modules we ship.
Social

Local jobs, safe work, a clean supply chain

  • A team of 272 today, growing toward 350 high-skilled jobs — made by Puerto Ricans, for Puerto Rico and beyond.
  • Workforce development with local partners so island talent grows with us.
  • A safety-first floor, treated as a first-class discipline.
  • A forced-labor-free, traceable supply chain we can document on request.
Governance

Clear ethics, honest measurement

  • A written code of conduct, anti-corruption standards, and accountable ownership.
  • Secure operations for our automated, data-driven production line.
  • Compliance built in — quality, domestic-content, and environmental.
  • We report what we measure, name what we don't yet, and set targets we can keep.

We hold ourselves to recognized standards

Rather than invent our own yardstick, we align our work to the frameworks the industry and our customers already trust — as a roadmap today and a foundation to certify against as we grow.
