Solx is a U.S.-owned photovoltaic module manufacturer operating in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. This policy applies to buildsolx.ai and any forms or communications offered through it.

• Shop orders. If you purchase from our store, checkout and payment are handled by Shopify; we receive order and fulfillment details but do not collect or store your full payment card number.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance.

We use a small number of functional cookies only — for example, a cookie that keeps our private preview unlocked after you enter the password, and cart cookies used by our store during checkout. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, our form-delivery provider (Web3Forms), our e-commerce provider (Shopify), and our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) — and only as needed to provide their service. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
