Facilities Maintenance Technician

Keep the building and its systems running — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities that support a high-volume manufacturing line.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and utilities.
• Respond to facility issues quickly to keep production and the building running.
• Support facility projects, installs, and equipment moves.
• Maintain building systems, grounds, and safety / fire equipment.
• Track work orders and maintenance records (CMMS).
• Follow safety, lockout / tagout, and environmental procedures.

What you bring

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in facilities / building maintenance.
• 2+ years maintaining facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read blueprints / schematics and use hand and power tools.
• Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends (24/7 site).
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
