Assembly Operator

Build our modules hands-on — assembling, staging, and moving product through the line to spec, with quality and safety first on a 24/7 operation.

What you'll do

• Assemble solar modules across stations — layup, framing, junction-box, and finishing — to standard work.
• Stage and load cells, glass, encapsulant, backsheet, frames, and hardware.
• Perform first-piece and in-process checks; flag defects to quality.
• Record production and traceability data accurately at each step.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe (5S).
• Support changeovers, line moves, and continuous-improvement efforts.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred — training provided.
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity.
• Able to lift and handle materials per safety guidelines.
• Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends (the line runs 24/7).
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
